Land surveys—also known as cadastral or property surveys—are conducted to establish the exact location, boundaries, and subdivision of a tract of land within a specified area. They serve as the foundation for construction, ownership, and legal documentation, requiring licensed professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance in every detail.
